~The best Physical Therapists in all of Chicagoland. Personalized service for each patient. Therapists take their time explaining your injury and how you can continue your recovery at home. They show you how Pilates can help and have reformers there for you to use during therapy. They have state-of-the-art equipment with a family-type atmosphere. I have been to most of the therapists. Stephanie, Helen, Anne, and Sue are all wonderful. They are accommodating with appointment times. An old school type of medical practice with all the latest technology. ~REFRESH is by far the absolute best! I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Stephanie when I tore my knee apart. Dr. Steph and her therapists got me back to being active and pain-free. They are all very knowledgeable and really care about their patients’ health. To this day, I still go to REFRESH for cupping, needling, stretching, acupuncture, and an occasional Pilates class. I have seen every therapist there and I enjoy all of them. If you have not been to Refresh you are missing out! They roll out the red carpet for their patients. It is my forever home and a place to treat my pain and help me feel my best.
