REFRESH is the only studio in the area that is operated and directed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Our main mission is not to just give you an amazing workout, but to make sure that you are moving correctly. We want you to learn how to use your body and activate muscles so that you can do all of the things you love - without pain and dysfunction! Imagine peak performance at work and in play.     • Masks are no longer required, but feel free to wear a mask if it makes you more comfortable.

    • Sticky socks must be worn at all times – it’s more hygienic for all!

    • Cancellation Policy: 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes and private sessions. Unlimited memberships: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if a class is cancelled without 24 hour notice. Class Packs: The class will be forfeited if a class is cancelled without 24 hour notice.

    • You are responsible for taking yourself off waitlist if you cannot attend the class that day.

    • There are 2 “freebie” missed classes a calendar year. No exceptions, please.

    • Private Pilates / Health Coaching Cancellation Policy: The full amount of the session will be forfeited if there is not a 24 hour prior notice

    • A Credit Card must be on file for all accounts
